Dermaguard Barrier Cream
Dermaguard is a white cream, or rather an emulsion, which creates a protective shield against the external environment on the skin and in its uppermost layer. It is mainly broken down from the skin by the action of sweat.

Silicone oil, dimethicone, is the active ingredient in Dermaguard cream. This is what holds in substances that otherwise irritate the skin and cause irritation and inflammation.
